I am looking forward to a freelance writing job on environmentally friendly travel in the SW Florida community, interviewing politicians, travelers, restauranteurs, entrepeneurs, educators, park and forest rangers.

I am especially interested in interviewing the Irish-American and Scottish-American communities to get their feel for Florida and what they bring here from their homelands.

Interested in your comments on the health of the water supply in Florida.

1. There is a theory that hormones, such as estrogen, excreted in human urine, get into the ground water and may   
    be affecting our health, especially boys and men.
2. How are we managing runoff while expanding easements and narrowing property lines? What can we do as
    individuals?
3. How are the Everglades faring these days? Has enough been done to restore the natural rivers?
